Description of the Requirement: The Department of National Defence at 2 Canadian Air Division (CAD) Headquarters (HQ) requires a Contractor to provide the services of one (1) Project Leader/Executive, Senior Level, who can advise and assist in the oversight and management of individual training and education readiness related to future capabilities for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
