Description

Transport Canada (TC) is looking to engage in work with a supplier to advance and support standards development in consultation with stakeholders for Cyber Security Guidance for Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS), as part of a Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Centre for Regulatory Innovation (CRI) Regulatory Experimental Expense Fund (REEF) project. The anticipated product of this work would be to develop a Technical Standard of Canada (i.e. accreditation from the SCC) to: Establish the framework and baseline cyber security requirements for the operation of MASS in Canada.
