PROVISION OF MEETING SPACES, ACCOMMODATION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES

DESCRIPTION: Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is responsible for the overall coordination and all logistics of the Ministers’ Meeting. The event is expected to host approximately 150 participants. The objective of this RFP is to secure a venue in the Montreal region, Quebec, that can accommodate all event activities in a single location, including meeting spaces, accommodations and hospitality services for delegates and staff from December 7 to December 9, 2025. Closing Date: To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. EDT on October 1, 2025 with a reference to tender file #7470007-A. Note to Bidders: Please be advised that any proposals submitted under solicitation number 7470007 will not be considered for fulfilling the requirements of the new Request for Proposal 7470007-A. Bidders are required to submit a new proposal in response to 7470007-A in accordance with its specific terms and conditions. Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of addenda) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. There is no public opening scheduled. BASIS OF SELECTION: Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award.
