Glyleach Testing for Natural Resources Canada

Essais de glyleach pour Ressources naturelles Canada

Description

Natural Resources Canada (NRC – Canmet Mining), would like to perform test work to optimize the conditions of a glycine leaching technique (patented) for copper extraction from a sulfide rougher concentrate produced from the Cantung mine tailings. Following the extraction tests, the recovered glycine leach solution will be used in a series of tests to investigate the effectiveness of ion exchange resin in recovering the copper from the leach solution and recycling the glycine leach solution. The proposed work program will involve Glycine Leaching Technology.

Quick Summary

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking specialized testing services to optimize a patented glycine leaching technique for extracting copper from sulfide concentrate derived from Cantung mine tailings. The project includes subsequent tests to evaluate ion exchange resin effectiveness in recovering copper and recycling the glycine leach solution.
