2.11 Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist – Intermediate Region: Remote/Virtual Access This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) as detailed in Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual entitled “Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business”. The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has a requirement for one (1) intermediate Information / Records Management / Recordkeeping resource in a part-time capacity to support maintenance of its existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, develop custom views and reports of engagement data as required, coach CRM users, and propose system enhancements to support business needs.
