P/N UPG-5930.0080.00 MMR 1312.8000.85 - 1313.0703.02 - 1-:3AN01. Quantity 1 of Extension to 320MHz signal analysis bandwidth. P/N FSW-B320-1325.4867.04 MMR 1312.8000.85 - 1313.0703.02 - 1-:3AN01.
