The Chromium X model has an interactive user interface and the ability to run HT (high throughput) assays immediately such as ultra-high parameter multiomic cytometry to identify cell surface proteins. The Chromium X allows for multiomic readouts of gene expression (scRNAseq), epigenetics (scATACseq), feature barcode technology to enable simultaneous profiling of additional cell surface proteins and CRISPR profiling within a single cell.
