Pacific Region Analytical Services Standing Offer Agreement, British Columbia

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” laboratory testing services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of two years with a maximum estimated value of $350,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $175,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $25,000.00 and $80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $100,000.00. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
