BDC wishes to invest in replacing ‘BDC Zone’ its employee portal and intranet. Changing needs are being felt internally by BDC's 2,500 employees across Canada. The evolution of internal systems, their ease of use and the relevance of the daily content offered to support the various teams ensure BDC's positioning as an employer of choice. Considering these challenges, BDC is committed to the future and is investing in the evolution of its internal tools by rethinking its communication strategy via an employee portal and a modern intranet. BDC wants to offer a centralized, integrated, engaging and modern platform, working closely with experienced and innovative bidders. The purpose of this tender document is to obtain information on the prices and services for the replacement of the BDC Zone employee portal and intranet. Additionally, the Bidder must be able to provide, directly or through a proven third-party, implementation/integration services that allow for the migration of our employee portal and intranet and its evolution, while maximizing the value offered to employees.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
