Farm Credit Canada (FCC) Alarm Service Provider

FCC currently has 84 offices across Canada (see appendix A for location listing) that are monitored by an alarm service provider. The number of offices and office locations are subject to change at sole discretion of FCC.The contract with this provider will be expiring in October 2024, and FCC is requesting interested alarm service providers to submit a proposal to provide alarm intrusion services. Offices are equipped with alarm intrusion hardware including door contact, internal motion sensors, duress buttons, and glass break sensors. Some offices are also equipped with smoke detectors and flood sensors. FCC will work with the successful Proponent using internal physical security risk data to determine what security technology is required for each location, noting that additional technology may be installed in some locations.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
