VIA Rail Application Management Services

The VIA Information Technology (IT) Application Services department wishes to select an IT application development and management services (AMS) provider to manage a portfolio of VIA’s application development, testing and maintenance activities. VIA is looking to consolidate the management of several existing applications and position the company for future growth, scalability and flexibility. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a service provider to assume responsibility for a large share of VIA’s applications.
