Services for outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns

BDC is seeking Proposals from Bidders for telemarketing services for outbound and inbound campaigns (“Services”). The goal is to enhance BDC's client acquisition initiatives through expert telemarketing services that align to BDC's mission and standards. The telemarketing services include both outbound and inbound campaigns aimed at client acquisition. Inbound telemarketing involves calling entrepreneurs who have submitted a contact form, indicated interest in a product or service, and are expecting to be contacted by BDC. These inbound campaigns do not include any customer care or servicing scope. Through this Tender, BDC aims to select one (1) or more Suppliers capable of fulfilling BDC’s requirements.
