FinDev Canada - Transaction Management System (TMS)

FINDEV CANADA, a development finance institution and wholly owned subsidiary of Export Development Canada (EDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a modern, cloud-based, robust foundational Software as a Service (SaaS) Transaction Management System (TMS) from a strong, reliable technology provider. The selected TMS will serve as a foundational platform to support FINDEV CANADA’s mission of delivering measurable development impact in emerging markets, while ensuring transparency, accountability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
