RFP CONTACT Ronke Akindele Category Manager Farm Credit Canada procurement@fcc.ca RFP SCOPE FCC is seeking to improve its Employee Recognition System and is seeking a highly qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive Employee Recognition Platform that will elevate workplace culture, engagement, and retention across all levels. This initiative represents a strategic opportunity to implement a cloud-based, bilingual (English and French) solution that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Workday. The platform must empower both peer-to-peer and manager-driven recognition through fully customizable programs and multi-channel notifications, ensuring inclusivity for all employees, including remote staff. Key requirements include robust data security and privacy protections, support for single sign-on, and automated processing of recognition and rewards through payroll systems. The solution should provide advanced analytics to measure engagement, track program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. By prioritizing innovation and user experience, the organization aims to launch a platform that not only enhances morale and retention but also drives measurable improvements in employee performance and organizational success. Duration of Contract: Three (3) years extendable up to a maximum of 10 years – expected to start April 2026 Options: N/A RFP SCHEDULE RFP Release Date: October 31st, 2025 Proponent Questions Accepted Until: November 14th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM CST (SK time) FCC Response to Proponent Questions Delivered Before: November 21st, 2025 @ 5:00 PM CST (SK time) RFP Closing Date/Time: November December 5th, 2025 @ 5:00 PM CST (SK time) NOTE: All times are CST – Saskatchewan. The above dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of FCC. Any changes to the RFP Schedule will be communicated to all Proponents via amendment on MERX. RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). FCC is subject to the Official Languages Act (Canada). Proponents may choose to respond to this RFP in their official language of choice (English or French).
