Description
BDC invites suppliers specializing in video production (hereinafter the “Services”) to submit a proposal under this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Following this RFP process, BDC intends to enter into a service agreement (also referred to herein as the “Contract”) with one (1) firm for a duration of four (4) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal periods and a third option of six (6) months, all such options being exercisable at BDC’s sole discretion.
