RFSA Real Estate Brokerage Services and Real Estate Appraisal Services

Canada Post is seeking submissions for Real Estate Brokerage Services and Real Estate Appraisal Services to support its nationwide portfolio of owned and leased properties. These services will be provided on an as needed basis for an undetermined number of properties across Canada. The scope of work is divided into two distinct service streams: •    Stream 1: Real Estate Brokerage and related services •    Stream 2: Real Estate Appraisal and related services The initial term of the supply arrangement will be five (5) years, with an option for one additional five (5) year renewal period at Canada Post’s discretion.
