Health and Safety Services

VIA Rail requires Health and Safety Services, including audits, industrial hygiene, spill-related assistance and program support on an as-needed basis. VIA intends to prequalify highly experienced suppliers for its requirements in the following four (4) categories: 1) Category 1: Audit of health, safety and security management systems or specific segments thereof 2) Category 2: Industrial hygiene analysis and technical support services 3) Category 3: 24/7 spill emergency response and remediation services  4) Category 4: Support for the development of health and safety work programs and procedures for specific situations The Tenderer can submit its tender proposal for one or more categories. A Tenderer can be selected for one or more categories, or several Tenderers can be selected in the same category.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
