Description: The Contractor must perform the requirement in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. Delivery Date: As soon as possible. Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date of the bid solicitation. Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
