Mackenzie County is accepting bids for construction services related to the upgrading of Township Road 1104 north of High Level, AB. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Grading Subgrade Preparation Granular Base Course (GBC) Traffic Accommodation As it is the purpose of the Owner to obtain the Tender most suitable and most advantageous to the interests of the Owner, notwithstanding anything else contained within the Tender Documents, the Owner reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to reject or accept any Tender, including the right to reject all Tenders.
