AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 27th 2026 at 2:00PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Standing offer will be used by The Department of National Defence, Real Properties Operations Unit (Ontario) Detachment Borden (RPOU det Borden) The requirement will have two streams (General and PSIB), for a total of up to two (2) Standing offers. If there are no compliant bidders for one of the streams that stream will not be re-tendered and the compliant bidder on the other stream will be selected. However, if there are no compliant bidders for both streams then only the General stream will be retendered.
