Sheriffs Vehicle Telemetry Units

Sole source is proposed to Forward Thinking Systems LLC located in Jericho, NY for the supply of Sheriffs vehicle telemetry data modules and reporting to the Province. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Government Procurement Agreement, and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
