iLink Unbreakable Internet Solution

This ACAN is being issued by Shared Services Canada (SSC) to satisfy the requirement for the provision of iLink Unbreakable Internet Solutionon an ‘’as and when’’ required basis.What is an ACAN: An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the Contracting Officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier.This ACAN relates to 1 contract proposed to be awarded to 1 contractor and will be used by Shared Services Canada.Definition of the Requirement: Shared Services Canada (SSC) has an ongoing requirement for the provisioning of the iLink Unbreakable Internet solution on an as-and-when required basis. This includes central management and value-added services to support SSC and its forty-three (43) partner organizations and clients. The Unbreakable solution is a compact, ruggedized, all-in-one communications solution, designed to aggregate multiple internet connections, i.e., Starlink, and 5G/LTE. It supports a wide range of deployment scenarios, including mobile, semi-permanent, and maritime applications. A key component of the solution is its remote management portal, which provide centralized capabilities for monitoring, configuration, control, and support of all deployed units.The operational requirements include client support, problem management, training, and repair professional services of Canada’s existing assets of iLink family of product(s) as well as its organic growth.The procurement of Starlink and 5G/LTE airtime services is outside the scope of this ACAN SSC iLink Unbreakable Internet Solution- Amendment 000
