This Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) cancel and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc4406910377 (client reference number K3D35-231004) dated January 25th, 2024 with a closing date of February 22nd, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
