All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on December 13, 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. Requirement National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendix "A". Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of issuance of standing offer up to and including May 31, 2025. Destinations Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across Canada, including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas.
