All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 12 January 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence requires the following promotional item for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), as detailed in Annex “A” Statement of Work. This promotional item will be used to support local, regional, provincial, and international events and activities supported by, or organized by, the Royal Canadian Air Force.
