This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc4380981436 - F3059-230001 dated April 11, 2024, with a closing of May 23, 2024, at 14:00 EDT. PWGSC, on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is issuing this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for the supply, on an as and when required basis, of icebreaking services (escort, icebreaking under bridges, icebreaking of ports) and maintenance services for aids to navigation (buoys). Services are required in the Great Lakes, St Lawrence and Baie des Chaleurs sectors.This procurement includes an incentive for Indigenous businesses participation.
