Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires the supply, and delivery of one new, customized utility trailer. The trailer is required for transport and use in remote field settings, for a mobile avian processing lab and field equipment storage and transport.
