All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. This Request for Proposal process is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to require YVR Airport Authority (YVRAA/VAPM) to modify the existing DSSA to allow for the concurrent use of the elephant trunk / snorkel arm fume hood.
