The delivery location is specified at coordinates 53°41'39.6"N 113°27'59.9"W (nearest intersection: Township Rd 544 & Range Rd 243 in Area J, CFB Edmonton).The detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant.
