All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-08-26 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The CCG needs commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) ice lanterns that are compatible with the current fleet of Four Season Buoys (4SB) and that meet the four seasons of climate within Canada's Coastal waters as described in the Technical Statement of Requirements (TSoR).
