Project Description: PSPC on behalf of CSC has a requirement to test and evaluate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at CSC’s 4 institutions and 3 community correctional centers (CCC) across the Atlantic region. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
