This request for standing offer cancels and supersedes, for the listed requirements, previous request for standing offer number E60HL-240050-A (WS4456627547, Doc4456745162) dated February 22, 2024 with a closing of April 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who provided offers on the previous request for standing offer. National Master Standing Offers for aviation fuels (Into-Plane) in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada, on an as-and when-requested basis, from June 1, 2024 up to and including May 31, 2026 This procurement is subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs) as deliveries to* Norman Wells, NT are required. The applicable CLCAs are listed in the solicitation documents. * where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to and services performed in. This procurement encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document (Appendix I: Indigenous Participation Plan Criteria) for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated.
