The closing date and time for accepting statements of capabilities is March 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm EDT. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for Advisory Services, on an as-and-when-requested basis in Support to ESAP district energy systems modernization and expansion. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus three (3) one-year (1) irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
