Notice of Procurement for Public Safety Canada Ngoma Nkiama Telephone: (613) 850-1643 E-mail: ngoma.nkiama@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca NATURE OF REQUIREMENT: Public Safety Canada (PS)’s Aboriginal Community Safety Planning Initiative (ACSPI) has a requirement for an Indigenous focused events management firm to plan, manage and execute culturally relevant safety planning conferences—both in-person and virtually—that will take place annually over fiscal years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The conferences will provide a forum for Indigenous community members to share, discuss and support best practices, and provide resources and measures that support Indigenous-led safety planning. Participants will be made aware of the work of PS and other federal partners as it impacts their safety planning. The successful bidder will be responsible to plan, manage and execute all conference components and logistics, with subcontracting to be undertaken as necessary.
