PWGSC, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), is issuing this Solicitation of Offers for the development of a virtual platform representing the Marine Protected Area (MPA) Banc-des-Américains in 3D and in 360o, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
