This RFP is limited to EP361-230050 Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. Employment and social development Canada (ESDC) is seeking one (1) lead marketing and advertising creative agency to provide a full range of creative development and advertising-related services for: ESDC advertising and marketing campaigns. The contract will be from date of award until March 31, 2025 with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year irrevocable option periods. The services must be carried out as described in Annex “A”, Statement of Work.
