Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide all labour, materials, supervision, transportation and equipment necessary to perform cleaning services for catch basins, sumps, oil water separators and other installed utilities on an as and when requested basis to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB), Garrison Petawawa. There are 2 streams applicable to this requirement, Stream 1 All Suppliers and Stream 2 Indigenous Suppliers – Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Streams will be evaluated separately, with the lowest priced offer for each stream issued a Standing Offer.
