All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 20, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is to provide maintenance services of the Building Automation Control Systems (BACS) and all related pumps, piping, valves, strainers, back flow and or check valves and associated mechanical-electrical and controls with the Statement of Work attached herein at Annex F. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at CFB Uplands. A mandatory site visit will start at 48 Sampson Private (Ottawa) on August 21, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 14, 2024 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
