AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 25, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), working on behalf of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), requires accommodation reservations from Hotels that are 2.0-star or above classification according to the AAA/CAA Star-rating Program, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Contract is from contract award to September 01, 2025.
