W2037-240093 - Excavator Mulching Head

PSPC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, requires a Excavator Mulching Head (Mulcher) to be used for training purposes at the Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME). Delivery and installation of the mulcher is part of this contract. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
