All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 11, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Defence Research and Development located at Ralston, Alberta requires a contract for the replacement of a water pond liner. The pond is approximately 50 meters in diameter and 8 metres deep in the centre. All work must be completed by June 13, 2025. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS4724417766 dated 2024/09/19 with a closing of 2024/10/07 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation.
