W0134-25R008-A RFP Aviation Turbine Fuel containing synthetic hydrocarbon components for CFB Cold Lake

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 18, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a total potential quantity of 2,000,000 liters of Aviation Turbine Fuel (military grade F-34) containing minimum 5% by volume of synthetic hydrocarbon components (SHC) in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Requirement and a total potential quantity of 15,000,000 liters of book and claim synthetic hydrocarbon components and delivered CAN/CGSB 3.24-2020 Aviation Turbine Fuel (military grade F-34) in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Requirement to CFB Cold Lake. This includes a firm quantity of 1,000,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,000,000 litres of aviation fuel containing SHC and a firm quantity of 6,000,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 9,000,000 litres of book and claim SHC and delivered aviation fuel. The supply of fuel is required before 31 March 2026.
