All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 25, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will be declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide maintenance services, on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment, as defined in the Annex Statement of Work. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at 181 Queen Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will be held on January 16, 2025 at 10:00am EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 13, 2025 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name of the persons who will attend the visit.
