All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 17 February 2025 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide instructors for The Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers School (RCEME School) at Canadian Forces Base Borden. The contractor must provide the services of five (5) Vehicle Technician instructors (three (3) Anglophone and two (2) Bilingual), two (2) Material Technician instructors, one (1) Weapons Technician instructor, and two (2) Electronic-Optronic Technician instructor to fully augment its instructor cadre. In addition, RCEME School requires the ability to access up to twenty-four (24) additional resources, instructors of similar skills and Instructional Designers, on an as and when requested basis through the issuance of a Task Authorization to Department of National Defence. The offer also includes options to extend the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods. The period of the Contract is from April 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2026 inclusive.
