Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) Phase II

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS) to the Department of National Defense.This requirement is subject to a two (2) phase competitive procurement process. The first phase, phase I, Request for Proposal (RFP) is a qualification process to create a pre-qualified bidders list for phase II. As a result of this phase I RFP, a pre-qualified bidders list will be created.The second phase, phase II, will be issued to the bidders on the phase I pre-qualified bidders list to Request for Proposal (RFP) of Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicles (CPAV) and associated integrated logistics support (ILS) from each of the following vehicles:Armoured Toyota Hilux (8th generation); Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 76 series (LC76); andArmoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79 series (LC79).
