All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-03-18 by 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. REQUIREMENT: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Public Health Agency Canada (PHAC) for a provider to make available, store and manage a supply of; • STREAM 1 – 36,000 of Naloxone 2mg vials (1mg/1mL); • STREAM 2 – 6,000 of Naloxone Nasal Spray (4mg/0.1mL, sprayer device of 0.1 mL); • STREAM 3 – 1,000 of Sodium Thiosulfate (250 mg / mL) and distribute this supply throughout Canada upon request from the Public Health Agency Canada (PHAC). The offer must meet all the requirements of the evaluation to be declared compliant. Full details are found in the Request for Proposals document. Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this notice and the RFP, the RFP wording will prevail.
