The response time deadline is 14:00 EST Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide custom embroidery hats, ball cap style with front facing brim and panel construction to Department of National Defence. The intention is to authorize up to (2) two Standing Offers on a right of first refusal basis. This supports the Department of National Defence (DND) on an “as and when requested” basis, servicing various Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) clients.
