Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the collection and disposal of waste water, waste oil, sludge or other petroleum products, hazardous waste and sewage throughout various areas on a of CFB Halifax and outlying areas on an “as and when” requested basis from date of issuance for a period of one year with the option to extend for an additional two one-year periods for the Department of National Defence
