Description

Canada is initiating a two-stage solicitation process to retain an individual firm or Joint Venture to provide Architectural and Engineering Services (AES) for the Parliamentary Campus Tunnels (PCT) project. The successful Offeror, in the capacity of Prime Consultant, will be responsible for the design and implementation of a tunnel network to interconnect core buildings in the Parliamentary Precinct; namely, the buildings located on Parliament Hill (the Triad) with Crown-owned buildings in the three adjacent city blocks located immediately to the South (known as Blocks 1, 2, and 3 or (“the Blocks”).
