The Department of Canadian Heritage requires the establishment of a support contract to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace and add new physical security hardware to the existing systems over fifteen locations spread out through eight provinces on an as-needed basis. Offerors must complete and sign the Confidentiality Agreement and provide it to the Contracting Authority before they are given access to the complete Request For Proposals.
